2. General information

We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, or deliver coaching services.

This website does not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or a newsletter system.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, browser type) may be processed in server logs.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or email, we process your name, email address, and message. Transmission is handled via Cloudflare Functions to Resend and stored in our email inbox.

Booking: There is no separate online booking tool on this website. Appointments for an introductory call or coaching are arranged individually by email.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries).
Retention: enquiries are usually deleted within 12 months after correspondence ends, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Coaching and sensitive data

During coaching you may voluntarily share personal and intimate topics. Sessions take place in person in Berlin or online via video conference (e.g. Zoom). Sessions are not recorded.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Where special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) are processed, this is based on your explicit consent and/or what is necessary for the coaching relationship.

Brief internal notes are kept in password-protected documentation and deleted within two years after the coaching relationship ends, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Coaching is offered to adults aged 18 and over only.

6. Payments

Payments are not processed through this website. Invoices are issued individually (e.g. bank transfer). Invoice and tax records may be kept for up to ten years.

7. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses Google Fonts. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google when pages load. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Language preference

Your language choice may be stored locally in your browser (localStorage). No user profiles are created.

9. Transfers to third countries

When using Cloudflare, Resend, and Google, data may be transferred to the USA. Providers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
